Having dinner at the Peebles Hydro Hotel was truly a culinary journey. the restaurant offered a wide variety of choices, reflecting the diverse tastes of the diners. It reminded me of my beginnings in Scotland in 1979, as a young chef eager to innovate and experiment with flavors. I had the pleasure of trying the breakfast, which was nothing short of amazing. the ambiance of the restaurant was inviting and cozy, making me feel right at home. As I dined, I couldn't help but appreciate the attention to detail in every dish. the flavors were perfectly balanced, and the presentation was exquisite. It was evident that the chefs at Peebles Hydro Hotel are truly passionate about their craft. Overall, my dining experience at the hotel was a delightful one, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable culinary experience.
